Help shape Unladen Local

Two minutes, and anonymous unless you choose to leave an email. Every question is optional.

Please don't include names or addresses of residents, or names of colleagues, or details about your own health. Your answers go to Maggie Hall (Co-Synthesist Pty Ltd), who is developing Unladen Local, and are used only to improve it. This form is separate from the app: nothing you've entered in the app is sent.
